This Privacy Policy explains how Diamond Matters (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you visit diamondmatters.com, shop with us, or interact with our social channels, ads, or customer support.

  • Order & Payment Details: items purchased, order history, and payment method tokens processed via secure third-party processors (we don’t store full card numbers).

  • Usage & Device Data: IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, links clicked, approximate location, and cookies or similar technologies.

  • User Content: photos, reviews, or social posts you tag or submit.

  • From Partners: analytics, ad, or social media platforms where permitted by law and your settings.

  • Access/Correct/Delete: Request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data.

  • Opt-Out of Targeted Ads / “Sale” or “Sharing”: Where applicable (e.g., CA), you may opt out, including via recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) where required by law.

  • Limit Use of Sensitive Data: Where applicable by law.

  • California (CPRA): You have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale/sharing; non-discrimination for exercising rights.

  • EEA/UK (GDPR): We process data under lawful bases including contract, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligation. You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing; you may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

  • Other U.S. States: We honor applicable state privacy rights (e.g., VA, CO, CT, UT).

 Our site is not intended for children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK). We do not knowingly collect data from children in these age groups.

11) User-Generated Content & Social Features
 Content you share publicly (tags, reviews, photos) may be visible to others. You grant us permission to display/repost per our UGC terms. To
request removal, contact us.

12) Changes to This Policy
 We may update this Policy from time to time. We’ll post the new date at the top; material changes will be highlighted or communicated where required.
